1. Now when you have insight in the business - would you encourage your daughter or son to become a professional musician, or advice against it?

Gerre: Oh, I don´t have any children, so I really can´t give you a 100% answer. I like to say, that they would have the chance to do what they want!!!!! But I want to be their manager....of course!!!!! 

2. A metalsong you think "Man - I wish I'd written that one..." when you hear it?

Gerre: "Heavy Metal Maniac" from Exciter. This was one of my first all time fave songs I was grown up with. The song is full of aggression, speed and it´s got a famous hookline!!!!!!!

3. The last album you bought/acquired, and your brief opinion about it?

Gerre: I bought the new Machine Head album and I like it very much. Total aggression, a famous sound and very brutal vocals, the kind of music I listen to has to be like that!!!!!

4. If someone told you tomorrow that you can't be involved in music anymore, what do you see yourself doing in 5 years from now?

Gerre: I would still do my regular job as a social worker and would love to dream from the old times standing on stage and producing a fuckin` lot of noise!!!!!!!

5. Myself as a privat person in a few sentences?

6. Unexpectedly and out of the blue you get a whole week totally off from music and work - what would you most of all want to do?

Gerre: Watching football games!

7. Mp3 - an abomination or a good way to make your name and music heard?

Gerre: I think first of all it is quite good to learn to know the specific sound of a band. The prices for cds must go down, they are much too high!!! It´s the fault of the whole industry that the sales go back so much! A lot of people would buy more cds by lower prices.

8. What do you treasure most in your life, except metal and family?

Gerre: Watching football, supporting my favourite team Eintracht Frankfurt, working as a metal dj and answering fan questions. 

9. An instrument you always wish that you started playing/learning, but never did?

10. Beer, whisky, wine or a cocktail in the tv sofa on a relaxed at-home-saturday night? Brand of the beverage?

Gerre: Beer of course for the kings of beer!!!! (Perhaps not the most unexpected answer from the frontman of the band that has created their own genre: Beer Metal. //Tommy)

11. Which historical person do you feel would fit best as a description on you as a person?

Gerre: This historical person must be born first!

12. What most people don't know, never have known, and probably never would know about me if they don't read this?

Gerre: That I never drank alcohol, it is only pure image of Tankard to sell millions of records!!!!

13. If a famous actor were to play the part as you in a motion picture - who would be best suitable for that purpose, you think?

Gerre: Sarah Young, the greatest porno-star ever!!!!!
 
14. What ingredient is the most important and vital of them all when making good music, according to you?

Gerre: Humor, honest and tons of beer!!!!

15. Your best advice to a person determined to make it in the metalbusiness?

Gerre: Take care of false friends when you are successful!
